My sweet spot has been with organizations that are at turning points like rapid growth, merger/acquisition, or leadership change. It all starts with understanding the organization, its culture, and its people.

I build learning and resources (training materials, job aids) needed to support the changing business, then support leaders at all levels to execute day to day. This means working at both a strategic and tactical level to lay out the learning path, then implement it at the front line.
